When will my package be delivered?
Orders placed through ModRobotics.com are shipped out within one business day.* The day your package ships from our location does not count as a day in transit.
For Shipments Within the US:
We offer UPS and USPS options for domestic customers. ‘Transit days’ are Mon-Fri for UPS and Mon-Sat for USPS.
UPS Ground shipments are delivered in 3-5 transit days.
UPS 2nd Day Air shipments are delivered in 2 transit days.
UPS Next Day Air shipments are delivered in 1 transit day.
USPS Priority Mail shipments are estimated to take 2-3 days in transit. Please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Once a package is shipped, there is no way for us to hurry the progress. Near the holidays, USPS transit time can take up to 10 days in our experience.
*Packages shipped with FREE 7-10 DAY SHIPPING will be delivered within the stated window, but may not be shipped out for 4-5 business days.
For Shipments to International Customers:
We offer DHL, UPS and USPS shipping options for international orders.
You can calculate the transit time for your international package by entering our location and your own into the Calculate Rate and Time section of the DHL or UPS website. Unless your order is very large, the weight and package measurements will not affect the transit time, so it’s ok if you just use your best guess. The shipping date for the estimate should be one business day after you plan to place your order.

**Due to the uncertain nature of USPS and its partner parcel delivery services worldwide, as well as the customs officers used in this low-cost shipping method, all USPS delivery times are estimates and can vary wildly, based largely on your country’s customs offices. We include appropriate paperwork, but sometimes things just take an inexplicably long time to clear customs, and there is unfortunately absolutely nothing we can do to hurry the process along. For day-specific delivery, please use the DHL or UPS delivery options.
