Modular Robotics normally uses DHL Express for shipping to countries outside of the United States. We also offer UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express and USPS Priority Mail International for certain locations.

Does Modular Robotics ship to my country?

We can ship to almost anywhere in the world, but at this time Modular Robotics does not ship to the countries below:

• Indonesia

Can I get a shipping quote for my order?

We have a handy-dandy Estimate Shipping and Sales Tax tool in your shopping cart at Modrobotics.com. Enter your country, state or province, and postal code and click ‘Estimate’.

Will I have to pay additional fees when shipping internationally?

Any customs duties/fees/VAT imposed by governmental authorities of local carriers once the package is shipped are the responsibility of the customer.

Whether additional fees will be charged on your package depends on the value of your order and the import regulations specific to your country. Each country charges different customs fees, VAT tax, and import fees depending on the import product category (Toys & Games: Construction Kit).

To complete your international order through Modrobotics.com, you must agree to these terms at checkout. International orders can not be completed through Modrobotics.com without first agreeing to these terms. If your package is returned to Modular Robotics due to failure to pay customs duties or VAT taxes, you will be refunded the total purchase amount remaining after original shipping cost, any customs fees paid to release the package, and return shipping costs are deducted.
