Modular Robotics ships via UPS or USPS within the United States when you select our ‘Free Shipping’ option. Free shipping is available for domestic orders over $50 only. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be delivered via USPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to these types of addresses.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Expedited options for your order are UPS Second Day Air (2 transit days), UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 transit day/later in the day) and UPS Next Day Air (1 transit day by noon).

We’ll ship your order out the same day it is placed if it meets the following criteria:

• Order is placed on our website before 2PM MST on a regular business day (Monday-Friday)
• All items are in stock (out of stock items will have a notice on their webpage)
• Your order is paid in full
• Your order is not a PO order or reseller order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please know that we do not accept C.O.D. orders. If you believe your package was lost, stolen or eaten by a bear during transit, please contact us at support@modrobotics.com.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping charges on merchandise being returned to us for a warranty replacement or return.
